Coconut Salmon – Day 7 of 30 Day Experiment

(I adapted this from a chicken recipe that I found – it was a surprisingly great flavor):
Makes 4-6 servings

1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
4-6 salmon fillets (boneless is easier for eating)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 garlic cloves, minced

Combine coconut milk & water and pour into a buttered/sprayed crockpot. Add remaining ingredients in the order listed above. Cover & cook on low 5-6 hours.
