<strong>Ham &amp; Sweet Potatoes with oranges</strong> J.N Sundberg

2-3 sweet potatoes, peeled, sliced 1/3″ thick
1 large ham slice
3 seedless oranges, peeled and sliced
3 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate
3 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Place sweet potatoes in crock pot.
Arrange ham and orange slices on top.
Combine remaining ingredients.  Drizzle over ham and orange slices.
Cook on low 7-8 hours.
Serves 4.
