Spanish Rice

SPANISH RICE
2 pounds ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 28 ounce can toms
2 8 oz cans tom sauce
1 C WATER
2 1/2 t chili powder
1/2 t salt
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 cup raw rice

Brown beef in skillet and drain;  put all ingreds in crockpot.  Stir thorough.  Cover;  cook on low 7-9 hours;  or high 3 hours.  8 servings.
