Cream Cheese Chicken with Broccoli- Day 14

This was a really good recipe- nice sauce; chicken stays tender because it’s not cooked too long. Good over pasta.

4 lbs. boneless skinless cicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 T olive oil
1 package Italian salad dressing mix
2 C sliced fresh mushrooms (or canned)
1 C chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom soup)
1 bag frozen broccoli florets, thawed (10 oz)
1 pckge cream cheese, cubed
1/4 C dry sherry

Toss chicken with solive oil. Sprinkle with Italian dressing mix. Place in crockpot; cover; cook on low for 3 hours.
Saute mushrooms and onions for 5 minutes, till tender. To saucepan add soup, broccoli, cream cheese, sherry; cook until hot. Transfer to crockpot; cook on low 1 hour. Serve over pasta.
